Delivery & dispatch

• Where: every country offered at checkout.
• Cost: free tracked delivery.
• Dispatch: within 1 working day of a successful payment.
• Delivery time: usually 1–2 days after dispatch, depending on the country.
• Tracking: created when the courier scans the parcel; ask us any time for the tracking link.

Duties and taxes

All prices include import duty, VAT and every other tax for your country. You pay nothing extra on delivery. If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for a charge, contact us and we pay it.

Lithium batteries

Power stations contain a LiFePO4 battery and travel by road as regulated lithium-battery shipments. They cannot be sent by air or to PO boxes. Please give a street address where someone can receive a parcel of up to about 20 kg.

Damaged or missing parcels

If the parcel arrives damaged, please photograph it and email support@flowfindssolutions.com within 7 days. We replace or refund lost and damaged shipments.
