2-year guarantee, handled by us
Every product we sell carries a 2-year guarantee from the day it is delivered. You deal with our support team for the whole two years.
What is covered
- Manufacturing and material defects in the power station, solar panel, heaters and air conditioner.
- A station that does not charge, does not deliver its rated output, or shuts down without reason.
- A battery that loses capacity abnormally fast under normal use.
- Faulty cables, chargers and accessories delivered in the box.
What is not covered
- Damage from water, fire, falls or opening the case.
- Running devices above the rated output, or charging from unsuitable sources.
- Normal wear, scratches and the gradual capacity loss every battery has over time.
How to claim
- Email us at support@flowfindssolutions.com or call +36 30 891 1704 with your order reference.
- Describe the fault and add a photo or short video, for example of the display while it charges.
- We reply within one working day. Most issues are solved by phone; if not, we repair, replace or refund.
- For an accepted claim we arrange and pay the return delivery.
Your other rights
This guarantee comes on top of your 30-day right to return, described in Returns & refunds. It does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
